Ahnam Rinha Group : Bv5 Oil Ring Vacuum Pump
2BVC series oil ring vacuum pump use transformer oil as working liquid. Its ultimate vacuum degree is higher (can reach 6.7mbar absolute pressure) as a result of lower pressure of saturated oil steam. When sucking highly polluted air and working under very special environments, it can use water or other liquid (organic solvents with low adhesiveness like methyl alcohol, dimethylbenzene, aniline and acetone etc.) as working medium. The closed circulation system reduces air pollution and improves the recycle of organic solvents.
Oil ring vacuum pump can work under a temperature of 20~90℃. So when it is used to suck gases and water vapour,the higher oil temperature can stop the water vapour condensing and pump oil being emulsified, thus improving the service life of pumps.
Oil ring vacuum pump is widely used for evaporation and crystallization, dry filtration in industries as oil refining, pigment, plastic, soap, foodstuff, sugar refining, pharmacy, architecture and metallurgy. It possesses such features as compact structure, reliable operation, high efficiency and is the ideal replacement for W, WY, and WL series piston vacuum pump in many occasions.
When using organic solvents as working medium, pay attention to the special requirements for explosion proof motor and corrosion problems to the pump and seals.
